What I collect
When you use the inquiry form I collect the details you send — your name(s), email, phone (if you provide it), wedding date, venue, and anything you write in your message.
How I use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, talk through your wedding, and — if you book — coordinate your photography. I don't sell or rent your information.
Sharing
I use a small number of standard service providers (for example, email and analytics) to run the site and reply to you. They only process what's needed to do that.
Analytics
The site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand which pages help couples get in touch — no ad tracking, and your data is never sold.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent at any time — just email russ@russhickman.com.
Retention
I keep inquiry details as long as needed to respond and, for booked weddings, for the life of the project and reasonable business records.
